Before stepping on-site, our directly employed staff and approved contractors are trained utilising Rapid Induct, an online induction and training platform that enables ServiceFM workers and contractors to ensure their training is current, specific to their role, and compliant.
We are committed to ensuring our clients receive high-quality service consistently, through the development of well-planned quality control procedures and detailed managerial supervision to complement our workers’ outputs.

Our HSEQ management system underpins our core values and vision. We aim to ensure our HSEQ system is recognised as being of the highest standard and inspires the confidence of our workers and clients, and all other persons impacted by our services.
The HSEQ Management System has been independently certified to international safety, quality and environmental standards. These are:

Through our processes and systems, we mitigate our environmental impact and that of our clients by:
- Using environmentally friendly chemicals;
- Reducing the use of dangerous and hazardous substances;
- Minimising water and energy consumption;
- Minimising waste sent to landfill;
- Supporting our clients to reduce waste sent to landfill, and increasing recycling;
- Reducing the risk associated with the handling, transport, storage and disposal of dangerous and hazardous substances and equipment, including maintaining licensing requirements, where required, to engage our services;
- Complying with all legislative regulations and guidelines relating to the disposal of cleaning solutions into waste waters.
