In April 2024, ServiceFM was thrilled to secure a significant contract with Honeywell to provide building cleaning services at the Brisbane City Council’s iconic Brisbane Square.
Located on George Street at the river end of the Queen Street Mall, Brisbane Square was one of the city’s largest commercial office buildings when it was completed in 2006.
Situated adjacent to the former Treasury Casino, the 37-storey office tower – spanning 65,000m2 – houses notable tenants such as the Brisbane City Council, the Australian Retirement Trust, and the State Library, as well as several ground-floor retail tenancies.
Acting as a social and cultural hotspot in the centre of the city, the ground-level public plaza is dedicated entirely to public use.
Known for its exceptional facilities, including outdoor eateries and meet-and-greet areas, Brisbane Square hosts a popular local food market every Wednesday, adding a unique charm to its CBD location.
Our client, Honeywell, provides integrated solutions for building management and automation globally. Their technologies and services optimise building performance, enhance operational efficiency, ensure occupant comfort, and improve sustainability.
ServiceFM have been working with Honeywell to achieve a mutual goal to create smarter, safer, and more sustainable buildings through innovative technologies and expert services.
ServiceFM provide this unique facility with comprehensive commercial cleaning services, including general cleaning, floor care, window cleaning, washroom sanitation, waste management, and specialised cleaning tasks.
We’re pleased to bring an innovative and more streamlined approach to Brisbane Square. We deployed ride-on scrubbers to ensure the highest level of cleanliness, particularly on market days.
We also implemented a client management structure that makes communication, reporting and process management more efficient.
We thrive on delivering exceptional cleaning services that meet regulatory standards and client expectations, ensuring a clean, safe, and healthy environment for people visiting and working in Brisbane Square.
