ServiceFM launches Mobile Maintenance service in South Australia

ServiceFM Mobile Maintenance

South Australian businesses now have the benefit of a quick response maintenance and repairs service launched by ServiceFM.

Aptly named Mobile Maintenance for its quick response and fast turnaround, the service is available in South Australia for commercial maintenance and general repair.

Projects and Workflow Manager Harry Prandalos says, “We are trialling this service exclusively in South Australia, with the aim to learn what works best for our clients and eventually roll it out across the nation.”

In the current model, Maintenance Technicians are on-call 7 days a week to repair, rejuvenate, and maintain any commercial property or worksite.

The Mobile Maintenance unit takes on any non-trade adhoc maintenance work, from picture hanging, TV mount installs, office furniture moves, patching and painting to washer replacements, gutter cleans and minor lock repairs.

“The team can inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues. Then they plan and perform general maintenance tasks with a safety-first approach, ensuring the facilities are left clean, tidy, and functional”, says Harry.

Cummins Adelaide Administration Manager Peta Daley has welcomed the new offering since its soft launch for window cleaning and general maintenance jobs.

“Their diligent, professional and friendly approach to any job is the reason why we keep requesting their services.”

To ensure a high-quality standard, a ServiceFM-employed Technician is on every job. Any works which require specialised expertise is outsourced to a qualified trade professional, with works quoted prior to commencement. Only tools supplied by ServiceFM can be used, ensuring safety standards are met and governed by ServiceFM, taking the pressure off clients’ hands to manage many different trades.
