When managing your business, it is important to know that your trusted partners are doing their utmost to reduce risk to your worksite by maintaining their commitment to safety, continuous improvement, customer needs and good governance.

That is why ServiceFM ensures all our ISO certifications are updated and compliant as we manage our clients’ workplaces.

Following an extensive recertification audit process of our operations and systems, conducted remotely by SAI Global, certification was issued by the Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand (JAS-ANZ).

The audit process also incorporated our transition ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety management systems.

ServiceFM is now proudly certified to:

  • ISO 9001:2015 – Quality management systems,
  • ISO 14001:205 – Environmental management systems,
  • ISO 45001:2018 – Occupation Health and Safety management systems.

Our compliance to these internationally recognised standards demonstrates an ongoing commitment to continuous improvement, meeting customer needs, good governance, sustainability and providing a healthy and safe workplace.

ServiceFM HSEQ Manager Dale Stephen said these certifications will hold us in good stead as we continue to provide our multi-service offerings across the nation.

"This is a great achievement for ServiceFM and all its employees and workers. It provides an even greater level of confidence to our customers that they can put their trust in ServiceFM."

“We have now maintained Quality and Environmental certification since 1996, and first achieved health and safety certification in 2018.

“We have now completed our transition to ISO 45001, which is the most requested safety certification.”

ServiceFM has also recently engaged TQCS International (TQCSI) as its certification body beyond 2021.

TQCSI are a fully accredited, third-party certification body providing auditing and certification of international management system standards.
