Ongoing since 2016, our company has been contracted at International House residential college based in St Lucia, Queensland.
Affiliated with the University of Queensland, International House has, on average, 240 students who each have their own fully furnished bedroom and shared bathroom facilities.
Our workers at this site are highly respected for their commitment and responsible management of the facility.
Services provided include cleaning a total of 11 residential towers, an administration block, Director’s residence, Deputy Director’s residence, utility and storage rooms, and student club amenities (cafe, gaming rooms, kitchenettes).
Our relationship with International House and its students extends beyond our professional services, annually providing a scholarship that supports residents with the costs of on-campus living as they pursue their educational dreams.
