Since 2008, our company has been contracted to manage the cleaning services at Prince Alfred College, one of Adelaide’s most prestigious schools.
PAC is among several high-profile education sites we manage across the nation.
At PAC, we provide general and periodical cleaning and sanitary and hygiene services to the College’s Junior and Early Learning Centre.
Areas of cleaning include:
- Administration areas
- Toilets
- Library
- Kitchen
- Canteen
- Classrooms
- Gym and associated facilities
- Sport areas
- First aid room
- Staff rooms
The commencement of our contract at PAC provided a framework for our mobilisation process to all business, which has guided us since, whilst remembering that each site is unique.
To comply with agreed timeframes and budgets we mobilise into a business by:
- Collaborating with our client;
- Identifying skills sets required for each scope of work;
- Employing suitable workers;
- Ensuring appropriate police checks and clearances;
- Defining roles and responsibilities;
- Setting hours and rosters;
- Conducting induction and training programs;
- Ensuring correct material resources are ordered and delivered to the site.
Our mobilisation process adheres strictly to agreed timelines and budgets, ensuring minimal disruptions to our clients’ operations.
