Principles that guide our business

At ServiceFM, we are committed to upholding a set of principles that drive our business and ensure the utmost value for our clients. These principles serve as a foundation for our strategies and allow us to adapt to our clients’ needs while leveraging new technologies to amplify our limited resources.

There are four principles I encourage all my teams to follow:

  1. Add value in everything we do
  2. No surprises
  3. Allocate limited resources to the most important tasks
  4. Show clients our benefits, not just tell them

Underlying these principles are overall strategies of being flexible with our clients’ needs and harnessing emerging technologies, such as robotics, as force multipliers for our limited resources. By embracing flexibility, we adapt to ever-changing client requirements, ensuring our services remain relevant and effective. Additionally, leveraging new technologies allows us to optimise our operations, unlocking new efficiencies and expanding our service capabilities.

Adding value in everything we do.

ServiceFM, like every other business, has limited time and resources, it is more important than ever to add value in everything we do. This means going above and beyond to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the services we provide and the environments we create. By doing so, we not only retain loyal customers but also will attract new ones seeking exceptional service experiences.

No surprises.

Trust and transparency are paramount in fostering successful client relationships. We understand that unforeseen challenges or changes can arise during the course of our services. To eliminate surprises, we adopt a proactive approach, openly communicating with our clients about any potential issues or modifications that may affect them. By establishing a culture of transparency, we build trust and credibility, laying the foundation for long-term partnerships with our clients.

Allocating limited resources to important tasks.

With finite resources at our disposal, it becomes imperative to utilise them effectively. By prioritizing and focusing our efforts on what’s important for our clients, we can achieve better results and maximize the impact of our time, manpower, and technologies. By prioritising and focusing on what is essential to our clients, this not only saves time and money but also ensures that we are providing the best possible service to our clients.

Showing clients our benefits, not just telling them.

Mere words are insufficient to convey the true value of our services. We need to show our clients tangible results. By leveraging data-driven insights, we provide our clients with clear evidence of the positive impact our services have on their work environments. Through measurable outcomes and success stories, we establish robust and enduring partnerships with our clients, solidifying their trust in our abilities.

ServiceFM is driven by a set of principles that define our business practices, which, when put into practice, helps us create exceptional service experiences for our clients. Combined with our service standard of – Quality, Value, Flexibility – and adoption of cutting-edge technologies, we strive to forge enduring partnerships which drive mutual success.
